Advanced Enemy
A more effective combatant with a special ability. These enemies may also have a different control scheme for different style of play.
Basic Enemy
An enemy with basic abilities. These enemies are numerous and have low defenses compared to the advanced enemies.
Body-Body Possession
The possession type performed while in Body Form. The player assumes control over another body, releasing from the previous body. This possession ability requires a moderate amount of energy from the Possession Meter.
Body Form
The alternate form of the the player that allows interaction with the game world through movement and combat. The character inhabited has a number of abilities, each dependent on that character. While in this form the player may perform a Possession Release and a Body-Body Possession. Each body has health associated with it, and once that health reaches zero, the player is thrust back into Soul Form with a penalty.
Hard Possession
This is the easiest possession ability to pull off. It comprises a larger percentage of the Will Ring than the Soft Possession does. This possession is immediately detected by enemy forces, though.
Possession
The primary mechanic of the game. There are two types of possession, Soft Possession and Hard Possession, which differ in their ability to be detected. Performing a possession results in a drain on the player's Possession Meter.
Possession Release
This is a release from Body Form back to Soul Form.
Power
This is the player's primary health while in Soul Form. This will diminish at a constant rate while the player is in Soul Form. This will also drain a small percentage if the player dies while in Body Form. Upon a Possession this will replenish a certain amount over time, depending on the character possessed.
Soft Possession
This is the harder possession ability to pull off. It comprises a smaller percentage of the Will Ring than the Soft Possession does. This possession cannot be detected by enemy forces, unless the player attacks them.
Soul-Body Possession
The possession type performed while in Soul Form. The player assumes control over another body, exiting Soul Form. This possession ability requires a small amount of energy from the Possession Meter.
Soul Form
The primary form of the player that allows for roaming around the world, at most times undetected, and allows for a Soul-Body Possession. This possession results in the player entering Body Form. This is the form that is susceptible to player death.
Willpower
Enemy characters will have a willpower that determines whether the player will perform a Possession.
