Top left side

Health Meter - Health of the body the player is currently in. Shown as a scaled down image of the body with a percent set to low alpha equal to the percent of health missing. If no body is possessed, nothing is drawn here. If the character is suffering a status effect or profiting from a status boost, it is also shown here in the same way it's shown on the body.
Power Meter - Health of the player's spirit form. Shown as a scaled down image of the spirit form with a percent set to low alpha equal to the percent of health missing. If the character is suffering a status effect or profiting from a status boost, it is also shown here in the same way it's shown on the spirit.
Possession Bar - Amount of energy the player has at his/her disposal to possess entities with. Shown as an aura around the spirit form that runs down in the same way as the other meters.

Top right side

Three Button Format - Buttons laid out in format to show what move can be done with that unit by pressing that button. Format is similar to xbox controller for easy mapping. A small image of the animation used when the attack is triggered is laid over the button.

Bottom

Possession Mode

Adds enemy health and will overlays, possession range box, and, while soft possessing / soft leaving, the possession meter.

On Enemies

Health Aura - Draws over the body. Color varies from green to red to show unit's health in comparison to its own maximum.

Possession Box

Red box draws on the ground around the player with lines casting vertically to indicate infinite height. In mockup, perspectivized to show height and not just 2 rectangles, although adding perspective not necessary. Can also just draw ground cover box without vertical cast lines. Should match terrain height to keep shadow positions instantly comparable to box's position on screen. Might be most easily done as a shadow of a rectangle infinitely far above the field of play that simply draws as the chosen color.

Possession Meter

Meter shows progress towards possessing a target, or abandoning a target, both stealthily. See possession for more details.
